As we turn the page on another year, we at Vantosh Commercial Group are filled with a deep sense of pride and gratitude. 2024 wasn’t just another year; it was a whirlwind of growth, new beginnings, and heartwarming moments that reaffirmed our passion for Savannah’s real estate landscape.
While 2024 brought exciting changes—Vantosh Realty Group becoming Vantosh Commercial Group at Seabolt Realty and Beth Vantosh becoming President of Commercial at Seabolt Realty—it was also bittersweet as we leased our building at 1702 Bull Street to 100 Miles. We marked this transition with an art show, “Closed Businesses” by Andrew Javetz, where 20% of sales benefited Abilities Unlimited Inc. Despite this change, we remain committed members of the Thomas Square Neighborhood Association, a community close to our hearts.
Savannah’s mural-covered “Bull Shack” faced potential whitewashing due to permitting issues, but the Historic Site and Monument Commission (HSMC) approved its artistic use at a public hearing on November 7th. We look forward to having art events at the Shack in 2025!
Our team tackled projects of all sizes, guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties and homes within Savannah’s beloved districts. Properties like 2380 Waters Ave, 306 E Liberty, 3030 Barnard St., 2517 Bull St., and 559 E Harris St. are just a few testament’s to our dedication and expertise.
From Brick and Mortar to Bustling Businesses
As a small business, Vantosh Realty has always seen the great importance of finding our clients the best space to help their business thrive while understanding how new shops, restaurants, and brands will shape our distinct neighborhoods.
We are thrilled to be a part of the exciting development and growth of Starland, Savannah’s latest gem. This up-and-coming district is quickly becoming a hub for creativity, culture, and community, and we’re honored to play a role in its success. Recent news further solidifies Starland’s position as a vibrant cultural hub.
Congratulations to our client, Brochu’s Family Tradition, and Chef Dave Baker on being named a 2024 StarChefs Charleston-Savannah Rising Star Award winner! We’re thrilled to see our Savannah friends thriving. Brochu’s embodies everything we love about Southern hospitality: delicious food, warm service, and a strong sense of community.
Bull Street Taco got bigger and better! Enjoy more tacos, more friends, and more fiesta times at their expanded location at 1608 Bull St.

Forever Homes
Vantosh agents including Beth Vantosh, Kenneth Richards, Monica Gelok, and Meredith Stone used market knowledge of the city and newly established neighborhoods to help many home buyers and sellers. These images are just examples of many.
Looking Forward to 2025
We anticipate a thriving year for Savannah’s small businesses in 2025 and encourage everyone to stay engaged with the community. Among the exciting new ventures is a fully remodeled restaurant and bar at the former Ballastone Inn (14 East Oglethorpe Ave.), courtesy of one of our clients. Plus a new beer garden at 2400 Bull Street! Look for announcements in early 2025.Thank you to our clients, partners, and the Savannah community for making 2024 a year to remember. We look forward to continuing our journey, fueled by the same passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence that has always defined Vantosh Commercial Group.
