Michelle Peth was so helpful, responsive and professional during our home buying experience. Let me start by saying I am not an easy person to deal with and have little patience. When I met Michelle, I had 2 other agents. Process of elimination I went with her and glad I did. I was clueless on the process and the area. She was unbelievable patient and went out of her way to find me what I was looking for. I even changed locations and what I wanted a few times, and she always responded with no problem. She advised me of locations I was not aware of. I started looking in Savannah and Pooler. She asks had I thought about Port Wentworth a City I had never been to. Long story short. I purchased a New Home in Port Wentworth. I could call her pretty much anytime and if I got her voicemail, she would return my call usually within minutes. She made it a very pleasant experience. She remained professional at all times, but we had some laughs as well. I referred 2 people to her before I closed.

I had a Five Star experience when using Vantosh Realty Group to purchase a townhome in Savannah, Georgia.
Kenny Richards was my buyers agent and he helped me step by step through the entire process. In addition, he provided excellent service after the sale, by changing the deadbolt on the front door as soon as I closed on the property. He arranged for a plumber and electrician to make minor repairs based on the suggestions of the home inspector and finally, installed a new electronic deadbolt on my new home.
These extra steps made purchasing my first home a stress-free experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
